Update: Fire east of Dickinson under control
Four fire departments have responded to a grass fire southeast of Dickinson at about 5 today.
A fire that started five miles of Dickinson Wednesday is under control, according to the Dickinson Rural Fire Department.
Five fire departments responded to a grass fire southeast of Dickinson at approximately 4 p.m., said Bill Fahlsing, Stark County emergency manager.
The fire jumped Interstate 94 and traffic came to a stop at about 5:45 p.m. but was moving again at about 6:20 p.m.
Firefighters were still on-scene at 7:30 p.m. and were expected to stay there for several hours.
