Letter: Run the numbers; North Dakota needs oil refinery
I was reading an article recently by Stephen Lee of Forum Communications on the record oil production of 558,254 barrels per day for February. Then he stated the discount North Dakota takes because of the transportation difficulties at $24 per barrel then multiply that by 365 and that is a whole lot of revenue North Dakota is losing.
That leaves the question, does North Dakota need a refinery and can we afford it? Run the numbers and have a great day.
