Dickinson resident Quentin Lutz tries his hand at fishing Tuesday on the Heart River near Jaycee Park in Dickinson. Temperatures reached 62 degrees with clear skies for most of the day, according to AccuWeather in State College, Pa. Today and Thursday should produce temperature in the 70s for Dickinson, but highs could drop to the 50s with a chance of rain by Friday.
