BISMARCK (AP) — A Glen Ullin woman will serve 10 days in jail for selling sex along with illegal massages.
Carmen Dassinger pleaded guilty on Monday to misdemeanor charges of prostitution and providing massage therapy without a license.
Judge David Reich ordered Dassinger to spend 10 days in jail. The sentence covers both charges.
The 27-year-old Dassinger was using handwritten fliers to advertise in southwestern North Dakota. She invited customers to come to her Glen Ullin home.
Authorities say Dassinger promised an undercover Morton County sheriff's deputy a full-body massage and a sex act for $50.
The deputy said Dassinger admitted she wasn't a licensed massage therapist, and that she provided sexual favors for customers.
