Wolf qualifies for 1,500 finals at D-II national championships
PUEBLO, Colo. — University of Mary junior Dakota Wolf, a Dickinson native, finished strong in her 1,500 meters preliminary race Thursday at the NCAA Division II track and field national championships and finished eighth.
PUEBLO, Colo. — University of Mary junior Dakota Wolf, a Dickinson native, finished strong in her 1,500 meters preliminary race Thursday at the NCAA Division II track and field national championships and finished eighth.
Wolf’s time of 4 minutes, 42.75 seconds qualified her for the finals, which are set for Saturday. Following that race, she will also run in the 5,000-meter finals.
Her teammate, Melissa Agnew, took third in the 1,500 prelims in 4:34.53.
