Thomas Loegering and Justine Blair, with their parents, Tim and Paula Loegering of Dickinson, and Bob and Heidi Blair of Forest River, announce their engagement.
Blair is a 2003 graduate of Midway High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of North Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in recreation and tourism. She works as a client relations manager in Denver.
Loegering is a 2002 graduate of Dickinson High School and a 2006 graduate of UND with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and communication. He also has a law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He works as an attorney in Broomfield, Colo.
Their wedding is July 28 at the Walker Community Church followed by a reception and dance at Chase on the Lake in Walker, Minn. The couple resides in Denver.
