Letter: Measure 3 confusing, may not provide religious liberty
Measure 3 is very confusing. The beginning of this amendment states religious liberty, but the next part allows infringement by the government in various situations in which there is a compelling governmental interest.
This can be determined by the type of people we have in the government, whether at the state or national level. We have an example of this now, especially at the national level.
