Travis Jones, kneeling at right, from Kadrmas, Lee and Jackson, secures a pressure gauge Thursday morning to a water hydrant on Sixth Avenue Southeast. The purpose is to develop a water circulation model, with recommendations to improve the system for short-term and long-term growth planning.
