Crime scene north of Belfield under investigation
Billings County Sheriff’s Department personnel would not make any comments Tuesday about a crime scene that is under investigation north of Belfield on Highway 85 in Billings County.
Billings County Sheriff’s Department personnel would not comment Tuesday about a crime scene that is under investigation north of Belfield on Highway 85.
A number of readers called The Press this afternoon questioning why there is law enforcement in the area.
While on-scene, Sheriff Dave Jurgens told a Press reporter he would not comment until Wednesday morning. When asked if there is cause for concern, he also would not comment.
