Vision West ND Consortium to meet July 26, CookFest to follow

The Vision West ND Consortium will meet July 26 at the Dickinson State University Strom Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, according to a press release.

Vision West ND is a 19-county project to help address issues for local communities and establish a plan to handle challenges from increased oil production, representatives previously told The Dickinson Press.

The North Dakota Petroleum Council will also host the Fourth Annual Bakken Rocks CookFest at 1:30 p.m. at the Belfield Sportsmen’s Club in Belfield on the same day in conjunction with the consortium meeting. The event will include an information session on oil activity with specialty foods served at 4 p.m.
