Letter: Stark County Sheriff expects hard work from employees

Come on people, wake up. Let’s keep Stark County Sheriff Clarence Tuhy in office.

I’ve known Tuhy for as far back as I can remember. Yes, he can be a little hard when he has to be. He, like myself, learned how to work hard for ourselves and everyone else. There was no slacking off. If we had a job to do, we did it.

Seems to me the people who couldn’t beat him in the last election are trying to get him out. If you think Tuhy is so bad, how did it happen that he won the last two terms?

All he asks is for his employees to do their jobs just like every other company. If it makes you want to puke to go to work, maybe you are in the wrong profession.

There are a lot of people in this area who respect Tuhy for his work ethic and his devotion to his church, family and community.
