Judy Anthony said she has a special connection with the giant chicken for sale in the parking lot of the Prairie Hills Mall on Thursday.

Judy Anthony said she has a special connection with the giant chicken for sale in the parking lot of the Prairie Hills Mall on Thursday. She fries chicken at a local supermarket. "I should tell my boss to buy it," she said. The sculptures are being sold by Darren Blades, owner of Aluminum Critters & More out of Billings, Mont. He said the sculptures are poured in Mexico, then his company welds and paints them. "This is recycling at work," Blades said. He expects to be in town until Aug. 12.
