Blue Hawks picked 7th of 8 teams in Frontier football coaches poll
WHITEFISH, Mont. — Defending Frontier Conference champion and NAIA national runner-up Carroll College is the coaches’ preseason favorite to win the league’s 2012 championship. The Saints have won 12 consecutive conference titles.

Dickinson State, entering its first season in the Frontier, is picked to finished second to last
Montana State-Northern received one first-place vote and finished second in the balloting. Eastern Oregon is picked to finished third followed by Rocky Mountain College and Southern Oregon, which is also in its first year in the league.
Montana Tech, DSU and Montana Western round out the poll.
