Letter: Berg recognizes nation’s needs, brings people together

Rick Berg is the kind of leader North Dakota needs in the U.S. Senate.

His most recent advertisement shows how Berg worked to bring people together to develop the current YWCA facility in south Fargo.

America, now more than ever, must have leaders who recognize our nation’s needs and who can bring people together to solve those needs.

When the YWCA approached him about supporting their project he could have said he was too busy or he could have just given a contribution. He certainly didn’t have to make the commitment to help them be successful that he did.

I have known Berg for years, and I know he is not the kind of leader who does things part way. When he gets involved he does things all the way. It seems this is the kind of leadership the YWCA experienced when Berg got involved in their project, and I know it is the kind of experience North Dakota will experience with Berg in the Senate.
