BEACH — Tyler Steffan’s 8-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter was the difference as Beach defeated Trenton-Trinity Christian in a 9-man, Region 4 football game on Friday night.
Steffan rushed for 117 yards on 26 carries and also ran in a pair of two-point conversions as the Buccaneers beat the Tigers 16-8.
Tyrel Sime had a 6-yard TD run in the first quarter for the Buccaneers (2-1, 2-1 Region 4).

UNDERWOOD — Dylan Ruff rushed for 211 touchdowns and two fourth-quarter touchdowns to help Central McLean out edge Mott-Regent in a 9-man, Region 4 game.
Ruff had a 45-yard TD run in the fourth quarter and brought the Cougars back from a 16-14 deficit with a 2-yard TD plunge and the ensuing two-point conversion late in the game to lift his team to the win.
Taylor Zentner threw for a touchdown and rushed for another to lead Mott-Regent.
