South Heart fifth-grader Caden McCormack fills a bucket of water for a relay during the 13th annual Make a Splash water festival Thursday at the Dickinson Recreation Center. The station titled “The Long Haul” demonstrated water as it was used in the 1800s. Family night concluded the event.
