Dickinson police capture man wanted for child sex offense
The Dickinson Police Department has captured a 45-year-old man wanted for child molestation in Washington.
The Dickinson Police Department has captured a 45-year-old man wanted for child molestation in Washington.
In a press release Friday, DPD announced the capture of Boe Eugene Sacks of Bellevue, Wash., earlier that morning.
He had failed to appear at court in Washington on a charge of second degree child molestation. At the time of his initial arrest he had been planning to move to North Dakota.
He was apprehended at his place of employment without incident. As of Friday afternoon he was being held at the Southwest Multi County Correctional Center awaiting extradition.
