6 arrested for bar fight at Dickinson's Paragon Bowl

Six men were arrested in conjunction with a bar fight Sunday morning at Paragon.

Six men were arrested in conjunction with a bar fight Sunday morning at Paragon.

A melee that was believed to have been started by Fernando Ritcheson, 31, Sunray, Texas, who was arrested for disorderly conduct, tumultuous conduct (fighting) and resisting arrest, also resulted in the arrests of Tyler Acosta, 26, Yelm, Wash, Jason Bybee, 32, Dickinson, Elmer Kahlstorf, 33, Dickinson, Gabriel Ritcheson, 24, Dumas, Texas, and Jeremiah Ritcheson, 32, Amarillo, Texas, Dickinson Police Department Capt. Dave Wilkie said.

The latter five were arrested for disorderly conduct and fighting.

The call came in at 12:30 a.m. Sunday, according to the media report.

The fight took place on the east side parking lot outside Champs, Wilkie said. When officers arrived they broke up the fight.

Fernando Ritcheson was being restrained by a Champ’s employee, Wilkie said. He then kicked someone in the face while being restrained.

An officer attempted to handcuff him, but Fernando was being squirrely and resisting arrest, Wilkie said.
