Bismarck High, Fargo Shanley ranked atop Class 3A, 2A football polls
Bismarck High remained the unanimous No. 1-ranked team in the Class 3A football poll while Beulah’s loss to Minot Ryan dropped them from No. 1 to No. 4 in the Class 2A poll and caused yet another shuffling in a class where there are no unbeaten teams.

Fargo Shanley (5-2) is the new No. 1 team in Class 2A, followed by Grafton (6-1) and Minot Ryan (6-1), who each received first-place votes. Shanley had been ranked No. 1 for a large chunk of the season before stumbling. Beulah (6-1) was in its first week at No. 1 before it lost to Ryan 30-22 last Friday.
Bismarck is the lone unbeaten team in Class 3A at 7-0.
Fargo South (6-1), which Dickinson High hosts at 5 p.m. Friday in its homecoming game, held on to the No. 2 ranking.
The poll is voted on by members of the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.
