Letter: Heidi Heitkamp deserves your vote

It is easy to make promises, harder to keep them. When Rick Berg was in a position of power in the state Legislature, he voted against

infrastructure improvements that we needed.

Now he rails against regulation but won’t admit the obvious: if over-regulation were our No. 1 one problem, we would not have a boom. The biggest threat to our communities is the lack of infrastructure.

Vote for someone who does not just spout the party line. Vote for someone who knows how to think — that’s Heidi Heitkamp. She was on the state’s Industrial Commission for eight years and she knows we need to plan for the future we want.
