District court cases closed Oct. 22 to Oct. 29

Unauthorized use of a vehicle – Celena Maree Cahoon, Dickinson, $125, one year jail, one year suspended, two years supervised probation.

Possession of drug paraphernalia – Ashley Lynn Holden, Dickinson, $400 fine, one year unsupervised probation, one year deferred imposition of sentence. Dillon Ford Roesch, Golva, $500 fine, 30 days jail, 30 days suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation.

Reckless driving – David Allen Bray, Dickinson, $500 fine, 15 days jail, 15 days suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation. William Greg Burkhart, Belfield, $600 fine, 15 days jail, 15 days suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation.

Driving while license privilege suspended – Thomas Frank Doppler II (Fourth Offense), Dickinson, $500 fine, 15 days jail. Travis James Harding, Belfield, $300 fine, 10 days jail, 10 days suspended, one year unsupervised probation. Benjamin Joseph Jensen, Richardton, $300 fine, 10 days jail, 10 days suspended, one year unsupervised probation. Randall Joshua Ray, Scranton, $300 fine, 10 days jail, 10 days suspended, one year unsupervised probation.

Driving under the influence – Daniel Gary Voge, Dickinson, $600 fine, 15 days jail, 15 days suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation.

Issuing check or draft without sufficient funds or credit – Joshua Conrad, Seattle, Wash., $114 fine.

No driver’s license in possession – Bryan Allan Altenberg, Taylor, $20 fine.

Disobedience of judicial order – Ronald George Himmer Jr., Dickinson, $500 fine, 365 days jail, 245 days suspended, one year unsupervised probation.

Driving without liability insurance – James Michael Holloman, Dickinson, $400 fine, 10 days jail, 10 days suspended, one year unsupervised probation.
