Don Rasmussen, Dickinson, takes his springer spaniel, Abbey, for a walk at Rocky Butte Park in Dickinson as the sun was setting Wednesday afternoon. High temperatures reached the mid-60s Wednesday while the region was on a winter storm watch from the National Weather Service in Bismarck.
