Dynneson is DSU’s lone selection to all-Frontier football team
WHITEFISH, Mont. — Senior offensive lineman Carl Dynneson was the lone all-Frontier Conference selection for the Dickinson State football team in its first season in the league.
WHITEFISH, Mont. — Senior offensive lineman Carl Dynneson was the lone all-Frontier Conference selection for the Dickinson State football team in its first season in the league.
Dynneson, a 6-foot-8, 330-pound right tackle from Sidney, Mont., was selected to the offensive second team.
A pair of eastern Montana players received nods.
Montana Tech sophomore running back Pat Hansen, who is from Ekalaka, Mont., was a first-team offensive selection.
Rocky Mountain junior linebacker Travis Bertelsen, a Wibaux, Mont., native, was a second-team selection.
The all-conference teams are chosen through voting by the league’s coaches.
Montana Tech second-year head coach Chuck Morrell was selected as the 2012 Coach of the Year.
Southern Oregon sophomore quarterback Austin Dodge was named the Offensive Player of the Year. Dodge is the conference’s nominee for NAIA Player of the Year.
Eastern Oregon senior linebacker Howard McDonald was named the Defensive Player of the Year.
