Letter: Dickinson mall staff thanks customers for behavior on Black Friday
On behalf of the mall staff members manning the doors and gates at Prairie Hills Mall prior to the mall’s midnight opening on Black Friday, I want to compliment and thank the customers of Prairie Hills Mall for the outstanding civility and consideration they demonstrated.
We often hear stories of very troubling and unfortunate incidents that take place throughout the country when crowds are awaiting the opening of the doors on Black Friday. Thankfully, that was not the case at Prairie Hills Mall.
The mall staff and I were impressed and encouraged by the behavior of our customers. We want to extend a sincere thank you and let you know how much we truly appreciated your respectful conduct prior to and during the opening of the mall’s doors and gates at midnight.
Have a Merry Christmas and a joy-filled New Year.
Peggy O’Brien, Belfield, Prairie Hills Mall manager
