ND Guard confirms incident involving soldiers
BISMARCK (AP) — A spokesman for the North Dakota National Guard says there has been an incident involving guard soldiers from the state.

Capt. Dan Murphy tells The Associated Press that the incident happened Monday but he can't provide any other details.
Murphy says he expects more information to be released later Tuesday night.
