DSU wrestling has 2 wrestlers ranked No. 1 in North Group; team at No. 3

The Dickinson State wrestling team is ranked No. 3 in the NAIA North Group in the latest rankings released Tuesday.

The Dickinson State wrestling team is ranked No. 3 in the NAIA North Group in the latest rankings released Tuesday.

Eight Blue Hawk wrestlers were ranked among the group’s top six in their weight class, including 149-pound senior Brad Steele and 285-pound senior Jose Lopez, who are each ranked No. 1.

Juniors Bryden Lazaro (125) and Jesse Hellinger (184) are second and senior Kevin Keisler (197) is third.

Nestor Ruleas (149), Manny Reyes (157) and Brian Klevis (285) are all ranked sixth at their weight.

The NAIA national team and individual rankings are released today.
