Jack Frost visited Dickinson Thursday night, leaving a winter wonderland for residents to wake up to Friday morning.

Jack Frost visited Dickinson Thursday night, leaving a winter wonderland for residents to wake up to Friday morning. The frost had melted by mid-morning. The National Weather Service out of Bismarck predicts highs in the upper 20s and sunshine for the weekend.
