Dickinson elementary basketball sign-up available

The Dickinson elementary basketball sign-up for boys and girls grades 4-6 is open.

Elementary basketball practices will be held on seven Saturdays (Jan. 5, Jan. 12, Jan. 26, Feb. 2, Feb. 16, Feb. 23 and March 2) with emphasis on ball handling, passing, shooting, individual fundamentals and the team game.

Girls practice is being held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. and boys practice is from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Each grade will play a game during the halftime of a Dickinson High boys or girls varsity game.

The participation fee is $25. For a registration form, contact DHS activities director Guy Fridley at guy.fridley@dickinson.k12.nd.us.
