Taking down the decorations

Trinity Elementary West kindergarten teacher Carol Brusseau, left, and her daughter, fifth-grader Amanda Brusseau, 10, take down a Christmas Monday at Sax Motors in Dickinson that won Trinity Elementary West $600. The school participated in the Sax Motors Christmas tree contest and decorated the tree in baby items to signal the birth of Jesus. The tree also had the most Facebook “likes,” which earned the school an additional $250. Sax Motor matched the $850.00 and the funds were donated to the Trinity West’s charity of choice — Domestic Violence and Rape Center in Dickinson.
