Weather forces Dickinson High to shuffle events

Weather and road conditions forced Dickinson High to postpone its West Region boys and girls basketball games at Jamestown on Friday night.

The games will be made up on Feb. 28.

The Dickinson boys and girls hockey games at Minot, originally scheduled for Saturday afternoon, have also been postponed.

The Midgets’ gymnastics team did not make the trip to the Wahpeton Triangular.

The Williston boys swimming and diving team, which has athletes from Dickinson High and Dickinson Trinity, is not traveling to the Minot High Invitational on Saturday. The meet has been postponed.

Elsewhere, Beach’s boys basketball game at Watford City, scheduled for Friday night, has been postponed to a later day.
