Henry passed away Monday, Jan. 7, at Hill Top Home of Comfort in Killdeer.
Henry Thielman was born on April 23, 1916, in Rock Rapids, Iowa, the son of Henry and Mary (Hanson) Thielman. As a child, he moved with his family to the Mott and Regent area, where he attended schools.
As a young man, he worked in the coal mine in Haverlock. Henry learned the electrical trade with his brother-in-law in Bison, S.D.
He moved back to the farm in 1940, after the death of his father.

Henry especially loved his family and grandchildren.
