Bonus points lift Century to dual win over Midgets

BISMARCK — A difficult West Region dual turned out to be just that for the Dickinson High wrestling team.

BISMARCK — A difficult West Region dual turned out to be just that for the Dickinson High wrestling team.

Bismarck Century had a pair of pins and won three weights (120, 195 and 285 by forfeit), all worth six points, as it defeated Dickinson 49-15 on Thursday night.

Hunter Bondeson pinned Michael Dobitz in 1:18 at 160 and Brandon Schmidt stuck Jacob Shypkowski in 3:56 at 170.

Dickinson’s points came on a pair of pins and a decision. Jaret Lee pinned Mason Schulz in 3:37 at 106, Devin Berger pinned Tyler Ness in 1:19 at 132 and Clayton Tangen picked up a 6-2 decision over Jason Lepp at 145.
