BISMARCK – Gov. Jack Dalrymple plans to hold a news conference today to announce plans for construction of a diesel refinery in North Dakota.

BISMARCK – Gov. Jack Dalrymple plans to hold a news conference today to announce plans for construction of a diesel refinery in North Dakota.

The project will create jobs and provide other statewide benefits, according to a news release from the governor’s office.

More information will be released during a 3:30 p.m. press conference at the Capitol with Dalrymple and the project’s developers.
