Killdeer High School graduate Austin Dufault has been selected to play for the Czech Republic’s National Basketball League All-Star team.
Dufault will be on the NBL team that takes on an All-Star team from the Polish Tauron Basket Liga on Sunday in Wroclaw, Poland.
The 6-foot-9 forward and former four-year starter for the Colorado Buffaloes started his rookie season in the NBL at BK Prostejov and in early January was traded to NH Ostrava. He is averaging 14.9 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.
Much like the National Basketball Association, the Czech-Polish all-star weekend will feature a slam dunk and 3-point contest in addition to the game.
