Moving at noon

Group fitness coordinator Brenda Erie leads the Pilates exercise group in movements at noon on Thursday at West River Community Center.

Group fitness coordinator Brenda Erie leads the Pilates exercise group in movements at noon on Thursday at West River Community Center. Pilates is a core-strength fitness class incorporating flexibility and toning. The class is offered at noon to allow the working community to attend during the day.
