WATFORD CITY — The Dickinson Trinity girls basketball team’s win streak is over.
McKayla Haugeberg had 22 points and Katie Mogen added 20 as Watford City got out to a hot start and cruised to a 66-38 non-region victory Friday night, snapping the Titans’ 10-game win streak.
Gretchen Weir had 13 points to lead the Titans (13-5) while Rachel Jahner hit three 3-pointers and added 11 points.
The Wolves, who led 27-3 after the first quarter and were up 47-12 by halftime, finished their regular season with a 17-2 record and improved their win streak to 12 as they head into the postseason.
Trinity wraps up its regular season when it visits Bowman County at 4 p.m. today.
