Minot Ryan girls end season ranked No. 1

The Minot Ryan girls basketball team started and ended the 2012-13 regular season as ranked No. 1.

The Lions go into the postseason with an 18-0 record and are the only unbeaten girls team in the state.

New Town, Napoleon, Thompson and Lakota-Adams-Edmore rounded out the top five. Watford City (17-2) checked in at No. 10.

The poll is voted on both members of the North Dakota Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.
