DSU's Knebel earns all-America honors at NAIA indoors
GENEVA, Ohio — Andrew Knebel became Dickinson State’s first all-America finisher at the NAIA national indoor track and field championships on Friday. The junior finished seventh in the high jump with a leap of 6 feet, 8 inches.

The junior finished seventh in the high jump with a leap of 6 feet, 8 inches.
Fredrick Agabje qualified for the finals in both the 60 and 200 meters. In the 60, his preliminary round time of 6.80 seconds and his semifinal time of 6.77 were both good enough for fourth.
He finished second in the 200 prelims with a time of 21.45 seconds.
Breyan Miller qualified for the 200 finals but just missed out in the 60.
Miller ran a 21.66 in the 200 to put him sixth heading into the finals. He had times of 6.89 seconds to finish 10th in prelims and ran a 6.86 to take ninth in semifinals, putting him one spot outside of the finals.
Dante Carter finished second in the 1,000 preliminaries with a time of 2:28.46. He was .21 behind Dakota State’s Andy Coy.
Nathan Magstadt fell short of the finals in the 60 hurdles. He ran a 8.32-second time to finish 16th in the preliminaries, making him the last hurdler to reach the semifinals.
He took 10th in the semis with a time of 8.21 seconds, which was one-hundredth of a second away from qualifying for the finals.
