An arrest has been made in the hit-and-run death of Tracy Freer, according to a press release.
The Dickinson Police Department arrested 47-year-old Timothy J. Menges for negligent homicide, a Class C felony, around 5 p.m. Monday.
Freer is believed to have been run over by a vehicle in the parking lot of the Queen City Motel, which he owned, on Nov. 21 shortly after midnight.
Menges was booked at the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center. Parts of the investigation are still pending.
