Woman accused of burning son pleads not guilty
BISMARCK — A Bismarck woman accused of burning her 31-year-old disabled son with a cigarette has pleaded not guilty to a felony charge.
BISMARCK — A Bismarck woman accused of burning her 31-year-old disabled son with a cigarette has pleaded not guilty to a felony charge.
Sixty-one-year-old Joyce Osterlund is charged with endangerment of a vulnerable adult. She pleaded not guilty Monday in Burleigh County Court.
The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/16mVtLb) that Osterlund's son told police his mother was upset because he was playing his guitar too loud.
Osterlund was charged in January.
