No matter what you think about Greg's coaching abilities (I think they are pretty darn good), one thing you cannot deny is that he is a stand up guy. Greg never threw his kids to the wolves when they made mistakes and he didn't hide during the tough times - you never saw a story in the paper or hear on the radio that Greg refused to comment or was not available. He is a good man and DHS is lucky to keep him on as a teacher.

I played under Coach Jung during my basketball career at DHS. He is a wonderful coach and man. DHS athletics just took a giant step backwards. I am so sick and tired of people in this town who think that they know how to do everything better then the person doing it. When did everyone get so arrogant? Coach Jung you were an inspriration to us players and we all LOVED playing for you. I'm sorry to see you go! For anyone in this town that has a girl that loves playing basketball and itsn't in high school yet, you just missed out on the best coach that I have ever had. Thank you for being a wonderful mentor to us all and remember Refuse to Lose!!! Leah Class of '02!

Coach Jung was a GREAT coach for the DHS Girls Basketball program. He improved the program immensely from where it was before he started. Can you remember how many trips to state there were from 1990-2000? Because I sure cannot. But I do remember trips to state with Coach Jung as head coach, being state ranked, and coach Jung receiving Coach of the Year. This must mean something. The DHS girls team chances if winning will never increase unless the girls, and the girls motivators (parents) have somewhat of an attitude adjustment. Coach Jung, you will be missed. Thank you for all you have done for the DHS Girls Basketball program. And for his successor.....you've got some large shoes to fill.

Guys, no one should take Markus seriously. I've seen his work on here... he would've said the same thing if Phil Jackson stepped down, just to create an uproar on here. Let's not take the bait.

I am excitedly awaiting to see your application for the opening Marcus J. As soon as you get the job I hope that you hold a coaching clinic to share all your knowledge. I have a great idea you can combine basketball with football as you seem to have all the answers. Just a heads up, all the knowledge in the world can be overshadowed by the coaches in the stands. GOOD LUCK Marcus i am buying my season pass already.

Nice to see you stirring the pot again Marcus. Greg is a good coach and a good man. It's too bad to see him go.
