Former St. Joe's board officers give reason for resigning

Concerns about more staffing cuts and possible additional changes in services, without having a comprehensive recovery plan in place, is the primary reason the officers for Dickinson’s St. Joseph’s Hospital and Health Center’s board of directors resigned last week.
