Kalk is GOP choice for Public Service Commission

FARGO--Retired Marine and NDSU professor Brian Kalk of Fargo handily won the Republican Party endorsement for the Public Service Commission this afternoon, defeating Fargo financial adviser Steve Risher and Sen. Majority Leader Bob Stenehjem of Bismarck on a single ballot.
