BARC Kite-A-Thon set for tomorrow

BELFIELD — Badlands Area Resource Council (BARC) will hold its 10th annual Albert Hlebechuk Memorial Kite-A-Thon at 1 p.m. on Sunday at the John Steiner Park in Belfield.
