AG says WSI panel broke open meeting law

BISMARCK — A Workforce Safety and Insurance committee broke the state’s open meeting law when a quorum of the committee exchanged e-mails about public business without giving notice of a meeting, Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem said Tuesday.
