Family day focuses on children with special needs

Family Voices of North Dakota is coordinating a family day in Dickinson that’s directed to families who are rearing children with special needs. The event titled “Family Voices Family Day” is from 12:30-5 p.m. on Saturday at the Dickinson West River Community Center.
