Coalition seeks solutions to homelessness

How do you put a face on homelessness in southwestern North Dakota? “The average person would say there isn’t a problem, but they’d be wrong,” said Gloria Fichter-Rau, co-chairperson of the Southwest Homeless Coalition. “Homelessness doesn’t look the same in southwestern North Dakota as it does in the urban areas.”
