Kubik pleads not guilty to burglary charges

Dickinson’s Matthew Kubik, 21, pleaded not guilty to charges on Monday regarding a burglary which took place at Prairie Hills Mall in September. Kubik is facing charges of criminal conspiracy (burglary), burglary, criminal conspiracy (theft of property), and theft of property.
