Dukart takes seat on City Commission

The Dickinson City Commission is once again running on all cylinders. Following a month with a vacant seat, new Dickinson City Commissioner Shirley Dukart was sworn into office at a meeting in the City Commission Room of Dickinson’s City Hall Monday.
