Area teen in trouble for running over garbage cans

Two Dickinson residents awoke Wednesday morning to find their garbage cans destroyed. The damage was from a 17-year-old Dickinson male who ran his parents’ vehicle into them, said Dickinson Police Department senior patrol officer Brian Koskovich.
